• Payment for the photo session is due in full at the time of the photo session.
• 7-10 business days after your photo session, your photos will be available for viewing. After you have contacted the studio and made an appointment to come into the studio and view your photos, a link to your online gallery will be emailed to you.
• At least 50% of your total order fee is due before Michelle Stromberg Photography Studio will begin to process your order. Once we have received either 50% or your order fee in full, we will order your prints and photo products. In general, prints once ordered will be back in the studio and ready for pickup 7-10 business days following the date we have received your partial or full payment and have placed your order. Special order items (such as: custom framed portraits, large portraits such as canvases and float wraps, storyboards and collages, albums, and portrait jewelry) will arrive back in the studio 14-21 business days following the date we have received your partial or full payment and have placed your order. *These are our best approximations of when your order will return to the studio, and do not take into account shipping delays which are beyond our control due to inclement weather or other unforeseen postal problems. A surcharge of $25 per order will be applied for any orders which are requested to have a rush status.
• Michelle Stromberg Photography does not currently sell digital files of any images made in our studio or during any of our photo shoots. Following your photo shoot, we will be sharing as many as 5 low resolution digital files of your photos via either email, Facebook, or both. You are welcome to keep a copy of these images for your personal archive or post them on your personal Facebook or social networking sites provided you do not alter the images in any way, shape, or form.
• The Studio is usually open on Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30AM- 1:30PM, but we do also shoot on location during these hours. The best way to ensure that we’ll be open before you stop in is to call the studio and make an appointment.
